In case of Cancellation the Amount of Payment made in cash shall Shopkeepers Liability and refunded by the Shopkeeper in Cash.
In case of Cancellation the Amount of Payment made using payment gateway then amount will be refunded back to the same mode used while making payment within a week. Shall be Payment Gateway provider Liability.
In case of Orders relating to Catering of Food and Perishable Items the Time frame for Cancellation shall be 2 Minutes (Two) from the time of making of Order.
REFUND POLICY
The Refund of Orders shall be made through same mode used while making payment, such as if customer made payment in cash then refund will be in cash and if payment is done using payment gateway then it will be refunded back to same mode used.
