How to Register as a customer?
In order to register as a customer on Cops Mart, make sure you Police Subsidiary Canteen is on Cops Mart.
Register as Customer
If your canteen is on Cops Mart then first please check on app wheather you are registered or not.
Registration via Canteen
If you are not registered then please visit you sibsidiary canteen and get your self registered.
What documents do you need ?
In order to get yourself registered all you need to have is your Valid Departmental ID Card with you.

How to Add Products to Cart ?
Once the app is installed and logged in you can view all the porducts available in Canteen with real time stock available.
View items available in canteen.
Cops Mart app shows you all the availble products and their stock in canteen with items price, MRP and customer savings.
View Items basesd on category or brands.
Cops Mart provides you facility to view items based on product categories and also based on items brand.
For Ex. If you want to view all items in the canteen of Suhana Brand then you can view it at one place at once.
Add Items to the Cart.
You can add items to the cart very easily, Cops Mart gives you facility to add items to the cart by clicking on Add to Cart Button.

Home Delivery is available only in the base city where subsidiary canteen is located. And for other cities delivery at police station is available.

To check order details you can visit order section in app and check order status as well as delivery boy details.

If you need any product which is not available in canteen at current moment then you can easily place custom request in app.
When do i get my request fullfilled ?
You custom request will ne fullfilled on next purchase date of your canteen. For further assistance you can contact your district canteen.
Where can i track my request status?
You can easily track status of all your request at one place in app. Also you will be notified when request status is changed.
